Nothing allows one to benefit from the magic of the first hours of light more than 'greeting the sun' on the beach of the Monte Generoso Camping. The full contact with nature, the proximity to the water of the lake and the silence are ideal to start a yoga session, to reactivate the metabolism, to give elasticity to the body and to fill up with energy to face the rest of the day.
