Apprentice trainer
The Ferrovia Monte Generoso is a training company that gives young people the opportunity to learn a Hospitality trade.
Since 2022, we have offered a wide range of options that allow both us and participating candidates to get a realistic picture of the skills required by the different tasks at the company.
Nicolò is the first apprentice to join the Ferrovia Monte Generoso since the realisation of the Fiore di pietra. Chiara Brischetto (Marketing Project Manager & CEO Assistant) has recently completed the apprentice trainer course and will be in charge of following Nicolò on his journey with us.
